ROYAL: Princess Diana inquest: Lord Justice Scott Baker takes over as coroner

A third coroner has taken charge of the inquest into the death of the Princess Diana. Lord Justice Scott Baker takes over from Lady Butler-Sloss, who had held the position for less than a year. Proceedings will start in early October.
