Riot Cuffs Escape

Riot cuffs escape. It turns out it is almost as hard putting these on behind my back by myself as the escape is! The restraints are KeyCuffs, a reusable riot restraint that can be opened with handcuff keys. A large hairpin (bobby pin) with the plastic broken off the end was used as a pick (I try to keep things plausible; the hairpin could be aquired while restrained). To the manufacturer's credit (Secure Concepts Ltd.), KeyCuffs are very resistant to shimming unlike other plasticuffs on the market (videos to come). It is not likely that an untrained individual would pull this off as I did. Also, their reusable nature protects the environment, saves taxpayer dollars (assuming military/police use), and allows for adjustment incase the restraint is overtightened in a struggle. Other riot cuffs have to be cut off and disposed. This took a little while, but I didn't want to do another take; my wrists took a beating. (Without struggling to escape, the restraint is fairly humane, far more so than single cuff designs. After cracking 60% of the competition, I would still recommend this product in comparison.) As always, this video is for educational purposes only. Do not attempt to recreate or reenact this stunt.
