Carmen DiNunzio's lawyer argued that he should be released on bail for health reasons -- and that DiNunzio is not a threat. His attorney says he is suffering from diabetes and a heart condition, at 400 pounds. DiNunzio, known as "The Cheeseman," is charged in a Big Dig bribery sting.
