Reputed mob boss seeks freedom

(NECN: Greg Wayland, Boston, Mass.) - A reputed mob boss was back in a Boston courtroom on Tuesday, looking once again for his freedom. Carmen DiNunzio's lawyer argued that he should be released on bail for health reasons -- and that DiNunzio is not a threat. His attorney says he is suffering from diabetes and a heart condition, at 400 pounds. DiNunzio, known as "The Cheeseman," is charged in a Big Dig bribery sting. He's accused of bribing an undercover FBI agent to win a $6 million Big Dig tunnel contract. read more
