Reporter laughs uncontrollably durring broadcast on fatal accident scene

The award winning reporter Jay Warren laughs uncontrollably as he talks about a car wreck that killed three people. What exactly caused his outburst isn't known but I believe we can give him the benefit of the doubt that it wasn't the sad story he was reporting.
