






(NECN) - Its a buyer's market, and there are indications that home sales may be starting to pick up steam. Its beginning to look as though the housing market has bottomed out, and first time home buyers may be the reason. That's according to a recent report by Re-Max. Jay Hummer, Executive Vice President of ReMax's New England region joins us to explain the report. He explains that the first time home buyers tax credit along with a number of other factors are encouraging homes sales.
