GravityOfLight (6 days ago) Esstentially he's spamming "Happy Happy Joy Joy" over Ventrilo, a sort of voice communication program (Voice Over IP). It's often used by gamers though. The way the guy is spamming all the Happy Happy Joy Joy stuff (Which everything you heard was played or said onto the ventrilo in question) is by uses of sound boards; premade board with 'buttons' on can click to play cut sounds from say, a movie, song, cartoon, or just about anything.
