Remorseful Puppy-Nappers Send Apology Note, $600 To OC Pet Store
A man and a woman who stole a puppy from an Orange County pet store apparently felt some remorse, delivering an apology note and $600 to the business the next day, but authorities said that won't get them off the hook.
