Danny Cachuela has extensive background in finance, contract negotiations, and general business management with over 30 years experience. His experience includes financing of real estate and business acquisitions. Danny was formerly a President and CEO of Contec International, a subsidiary of Westinghouse Credit Corp., as well as SunSource de Mexico, a Mexican subsidiary located in Mexico City of a NYSE company. For about twelve years, Danny held various financial management positions as Vice President of Finance or Controller of distribution and transportation companies with revenues ranging from $60 million to $600 million. He also provided information systems consulting services to the non-profit organization of Rizzo for Mayor Campaign Committee, as well as a major NYSE company. He was a lecturer at the Business Administration Department of St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia. Danny is a licensed Associate Broker in Pennsylvania and a Sales Associate in New Jersey. He is a member of Suburban West Realtors Association, Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. He has a degree in Business Administration and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) in Pennsylvania. He is also a member of the American Institute of CPA’s as well as the Pennsylvania Institute of CPA’s.
