Real World: Key West: Janelle and Jose's Fight

Tensions mount between the roomies as their grand opening quickly approaches. Zach realizes that as manager he has taken on too many tasks for himself and needs to learn how to delegate. On the other hand, Janelle has been doing most of the marketing herself and is confused because she does not see any work produced by Jose, who's been assigned the assistant manager position. Janelle confronts Jose and asks him, "So what exactly do you do as assistant manager?" When he tries to answer she accuses him of getting really defensive. Jose is taken back by Janelle's aggressiveness.
