Reaction to snowy owl: 'Wow!'

An unusually warm winter and the availability of food has caused more snowy owls than usual to migrate south from Alaska. Professional bird guide Brian Bell explains this is a chance to see a rare and beautiful bird outside of its normal habitat. (Nightly News)
