Radcliffe puts the record straight

Daniel Radcliffe's been busy fielding questions over his plans for the future, following reports he's keen to play a gay man.The Harry Potter star was quizzed by the media following his appearance at the National Movie Awards over the weekend. The latest film in the hit series, The Order of the Phoenix, picked up three awards.Fans voted it best family title, Emma Watson - who plays Hermione Granger - won best female, and Daniel Radcliffe took best male - beating out 007 himself, Daniel Craig.Radcliffe said he wouldn't do a gay role just for the sake of it - it would have to be good. And the vertically-challenged actor laughed off suggestions he could one day play James Bond.© Independent Television News Limited 2007.
