PROPERTY: Overcrowding in London: Children's diaries handed in to government

Diaries kept by London children living in overcrowded homes have been handed to the government today, in a bid to change the law. It's believed more than a quarter of a million youngsters suffer cramped conditions in the capital. Together with a petition, the diaries detailing their plight will be handed to the Housing Minister Yvette Cooper.
