President Bush Commutes Libby Sentence; Valerie Plame Not Pleased

Lewis "Scooter" Libby won't be jailed for his role in the CIA leak case. Valerie Plame, who was exposed by the leak was appaled by the President's decision. Manny Ramos reports.
