(Danica Pecirep, NECN) - The falling economy means trouble for many, including cows in Southboro, Massachusetts. They aren't just any cows, they're called "Belted Cows". People in town love them, but the economy is making it tough to raise enough money to take care of them. Paul Bourdon is the operations manager of the Breakneck Hill cow fund which pays to feed and care for a herd of belted galloways in Southboro.
