POLITICS: Ken Livingstone writes to Attorney General over Dame Shirley Porter

Mayor of London Ken Livingstone has renewed hostilities against Dame Shirley Porter, former Conservative leader of Westminster Council who was disgraced by the 'homes for votes' scandal in the 1980s. Livingstone has asked the Attorney General to see if there could still be charges brought against her.
