Political Asylum: Afghan highjackers: Home Secretary appeals against ruling

The Home Secretary's appealing against a ruling which gave nine hijackers the right to live in the UK. The High Court decision allowed the Afghan asylum seekers to stay in Britain until it was safe for them to return home.
