Police: Father Planned Deadly Fire for Some Time

The Washington state man who killed his two boys and himself Sunday when his house went up in flames planned the crime for some time, authorities said Monday. Josh Powell had long been a "person of interest" in his wife's disappearance. (Feb. 6)
