Several dog-owning Polish MPs have brought their pets to work, to show political ideology should not prevent dogs from getting to know each other. Integrating dogs regardless of political ideology was behind the actions of some Polish members of parliament, when they brought their pets with them to work on Tuesday (May 15). Two great danes, a dachshund and two Chinese crested dogs accompanied their masters to the parliament, when their owners decided to liven up their everyday work of voting on bills. Izabela Jaruga-Nowacka from the Social Democrats came with her two Chinese crested dogs because she believed they should make friends with other politicians' dogs, regardless of the political affiliation of their owners. Parliament guards allowed the pets inside and there have been no reports of any misconduct.
