~ Please Be Mine ~ Season 2: Forever Love [Ep. 11 Part 1]

RECAP: Kevin forgot his date with hope because of their interview and he was worried that she wouldn't forgive him, so he talked to Nick and Nick resassured him that everything was going to be okay. Joe called Jade to let her know he wouldn't be able to see her again until around Christmas time after their tour. What will happen next? Find out now. (A week later) (The Jonas Brothers and Alexa are in Florida. Alexa and her mom had been to Florida many times but she had never been to Florida with Nick, Joe, Kevin and their family. They arrived in Florida at 9:00 AM. They headed for the hotel and got settled and then Alexa told everyone she was going for a walk. The hotel they were staying at had an outdoor area that had a path that ran alongside a small lake. Alexa started walking along the sandy path and took in the beautiful scenery about her. The lake glistened in the late-morning sun, which reflected off the palm trees and clouds, casting shadows everywhere. She inhaled deeply and smiled at the scent of flowers, rain, sand and just the overall smell of Florida. Ducks were taking a morning swim in the lake and were flapping their wings, splashing water and creating ripples that seemed to go on forever. Alexa spotted a bench underneath a shady palm tree and decided to sit down and think. It felt good to just take a break from everything and enjoy just sitting somewhere peaceful and scenic, taking everything in and just..relaxing. She didn't have to think about anything else at the moment. It was just her and the beautiful world that God had created. He had created everything around her..the palm trees..the grass..the sand..the ducks..the sun..the Earth..everything. It was amazing and she loved how God could do the impossible, like bringing her and the love of her life - who happened to be a guy with curly brown hair and chocolate brown eyes - together in a way that she couldn't even imagine would ever happen in her wildest dreams. After a few more minutes of enjoying the comfort of God's creation, Alexa stood up and started walking down the path again. She passed a small park area with just a small jungle gym and a few swings. She hopped on one of the swings and enjoyed the rush of the wind that blew through her hair and awakened her senses as she swung back and forth. Just then, as she was traveling back down towards the Earth, someone grabbed the swing and stopped her. Her heart quickened and then she turned around and saw Nick standing there, smiling at her.) Nick: Hey, I was wondering where you went. (Sits down on the swing next to her) Alexa: I told you I was going for a walk. Nick: Well...I missed you. So I decided to take a walk myself. Alexa: (Giggles) Nicholas, you're something else. Nick: I know. (Looks down at the ground and then looks all around) It's such a wonderful, peaceful place, isn't it? Alexa: Yes, it is. (Looks at him) But maybe that's just because you're here with me. Nick: (Smiles) Oh, look who's throwing all the corny lines now. (They both laugh and listen to the sound of the water splashing about and the ducks quacking and the wind rushing through the palm trees.) Alexa: What time is the show? Nick: 8:00. We don't have anything until then. We all just decided to stay here and relax and just take a break. Alexa: A break sounds good. (Looks off into the distance) Nick: You look like you're thinking. Alexa: I am thinking. Nick: About...? Alexa: Nothing. Nick: (Laughs) How can you think about nothing? Alexa: I don't know. I just can. Nick: (Smiles and shakes head) You wanna know what I'm thinking about? Alexa: (Turns and looks at him) What? Nick: You. (Smiles) Alexa: Yeah, like I didn't see THAT one coming! (Laughs) Nick: (Laughs) I love you, Alexa. Alexa: I love you too, Nick. Nick: (Leans in and kisses her) Alexa: (Smiles) Well, we'd better get back to the hotel. (Starts to stand up) Nick: (Grabs her hand and pulls her back down) No, let's stay here for a while. Just the two of us and nobody else here to interrupt us. (Smiles) Alexa: Fine, we can stay. (Laughs) (They spend the next hour just sitting there, thinking about one another and taking a break from everything else. They just enjoy sitting there in the sun, with nobody else around. They look into each other's eyes and find a familar place, a place that they love. A place that nobody else in the world can see except them...It seems like just yesterday they had met..the time goes by so fast when you're with the one you love and cherish with all your heart...) "When you look me in the eyes and tell me that you love me. Everything's alright when you're right here by my side. When you look me in the eyes I catch a glimpse of heaven. I find my paradise when you look me in the eyes..." End of Part 1. How was THAT for a descriptive, romantic chapter? Haha. I've been to Florida MANY times and I love it there..Enjoy!! :]
