Nov. 2: Not only did the Philadelphia Inquirer prematurely post an ad congratulating the Phillies on winning back-to-back World Championships, but another ad they placed which was supposed to read, “Limbaugh, Axelrod Trade Jabs,” read “Limbaugh, Alex-Rod Trade Jobs.” (Countdown)
