Phelan Pinon Hills Community Service District CSD Meeting Part 2 May 28th 2008

On May 28th 2008 we traveled to the Phelan Pinon Hills Community Service District Meeting. Various topics were discussed including the contract with the County of San Bernardino for services. Don Barts also presented the CSD Board with a proposal for having High Desert Underground provide the services that the County is currently providing. Kimberly Cox, the General Manager of the Helendale CSD said that the High Desert Underground has helped them transition from County Services. Here is the meeting:
