Pearl Harbor Visit 2005

This video shows our trip to Pearl Harbor in Hawai'i. Pearl Harbor is the US Military Base that was attacked on December 7th 1941 by the Japanese imperial forces. The Arizona memorial marks the resting place of 1,102 of the 1,177 sailors killed on the USS Arizona during the Attack on Pearl Harbor. The actions of this day forced the US to join World War II. Also here is the USS Battleship "Missouri" - WW2 ending here with the formal signing of the "Instrument of Surrender" on September 2, 1945, in Tokyo Bay by representatives of Japan and the Allied Nations. This site is a very nice place to visit. There are plenty of visitors from all over the world that visit here including the Japanese. It is a peacefull and sad place to visit and a must for anyone visiting Hawaii.
