US,Patriot, UNITING AND STRENGTHENING AMERICA BY PROVIDING APPROPRIATE TOOLS REQUIRED TO INTERCEPT AND OBSTRUCT TERRORISM. U = UNITING AND S = STRENGTHENING AMERICA P = PROVIDING A = APPROPRIATE T = TOOLS R = REQUIRED TO I = INTERCEPT AND O = OBSTRUCT T = TERRORISM Act of 1947 (50 U.S.C. 403- 3(c)) is amended-- (1) by redesignating paragraphs (6) and (7) as paragraphs (7) and (8), respectively; and (2) by inserting after paragraph (5) the following new paragraph (6): ``(6) establish requirements and priorities for foreign intelligence information to be collected under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978 (50 U.S.C. 1801 et seq.), and provide assistance to the Attorney General to ensure that information derived from electronic surveillance or physical searches under that Act is disseminated so it may be used efficiently and effectively for foreign intelligence purposes,
