Patrick Treacy attends Mandela's 90th Birthday

Dr. Patrick Treacy attended Nelson Mandela's 90th Birthday celebrations in Hyde Park London in June 2008 where many of the world's most powerful singers paid their tributes to the man who was once held in prison in South Africa by an apartheid government. Mandela started the 46664 campaign as an African response to the global HIV AIDS epidemic that stalks that continent. Although he originally did little to help HIV sufferers he now invites the whole world to take the fight in hand. 46664 began in 2003 when Mandela realised that to reach the youth of the world he needed to engage the support of the people who most appeal to them.
