Parallel Lies is a one off drama with criminal themes but at its heart centres around the life of Jake, a young, successful modern man. Parallel Lies takes inspiration from a variety of dramas including Shameless and the Sopranos as well as Brit flicks Trainspotting, Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels and Snatch to create an edgy and savvy drama.
