PAKISTAN: CRICKET - Pakistan and Zimbabwe played their final game in the ICC World Cup Cricket on Wednesday at Sabina Park

Two teams, Pakistan and Zimbabwe played their final game in the ICC World Cup Cricket on Wednesday (March 21) at Sabina Park. The spotlight however was on Pakistan who won their first game of the tournament and saw the departure of Inzamam-Ul-Haq from one day cricket and also as captain of the team. The match was Pakistans first following the death of their former coach Bob Woolmer, who was found dead on Sunday (March 18) amidst "suspicious" circumstances. The Pakistanis who won by 93 runs said the game was in memory of their former coach. "Yes indeed it was difficult because this game we had dedicated to Bob..and this morning we got up and said yes we are down but we will get up and give a hundred percent effort for Bob. It was indeed a very difficult time for all the players. The last three or four days were indeed very difficult for all of us and we were under a lot of stress, but yes we came out and did it for Bob," said Pakistan Media Spokesman Pervez Mir. Prosper Usiah Zimbabwe's captain said despite the results his team had a good World Cup. "I thought we played some good cricket.The guys showed they can play at the highest level against top teams. The young set of guys seem to be improving. We just need to try and work," he said
