This strike caused there are no goodwill from the buyer of OBS (Schering Plough Corp)to pay attention of Organon Indonesia Employee about requirement to compensate the length of service before integration. Schering Plough Indonesia still claimed that Organon Indonesia & SP Indonesia are still separate entity. In fact.....after day one of acquisition...Many interfere and role applied in Organon INdonesia by SP Indonesia. This is not fair....
