To perform the 100% oxygen calibration. 1.connect the optiflow to a 50 psi Oxygen source if not already done 2.turn the on/off valve to the on position if not already done and adjust the flow to between 20-40 LPM 3.plug (occlude) the room air entrainment “air inlet” 4.wait 1-2 minutes for the oxygen sensor to equilibrate to the measured FiO2 5.press the Cal button until you read the word CAL on the analyzer display; this takes appox. 3 seconds 6.the analyzer will now look for a stable sensor signal and a good reading; when obtained, the analyzer will display the calibration gas concentration on the LCD 7.Calibration should be performed once per week or whenever the CAL symbol (▼) appears on the display By RTspotVIDEOroom Tags : Calibration , Optiflow
