Simpson says an ambitious Nevada prosecutor is pressing a kidnapping and armed robbery case against him that he says even the alleged victims don't want to pursue.SOT: Simpson on KFGO Radio: "I believe in juries. I believe the fact that everybody involved in that case, including the two victims, including the two alleged victims, have made it clear. They don't think I should go to jail."Simpson spoke about the case with radio station KFGO in Fargo, North Dakota where he's on vacation. He and two co-defendants have pleaded not guilty to kidnapping, armed robbery and assault with a deadly weapon. The charges stem from allegations that they robbed to sports memorabilia dealers at this Las Vegas casino last September. SOT: "the two guys who had my stuff, that was selling it. They realized it was my stuff and their friend who gave it to 'em lied to em stole it from me. I never sold any of my personal stuff."Simpson says despite the legal battle he's in, he still has faith in people.SOT: "you get somebody every once in a while that has ill will towards you, and I just tell em God Bless you, ya know, get rid of that ill will. You shouldn't have no ill will...I don't have any ill will. I don't have ill will to anyone. I'm nice to everybody. If they have a problem, it's their problem."Simpson is scheduled to appear in court in September.
