Prices have topped 132 dollars a barrel for the first time, and gas prices continue to break records. Congress is demanding answers. Representatives from Mobil Chevron and Shell, answered tough personal questions. In the first round of questioning, Senators accused the executives of pretending to be "hapless victims" while raking in record profits.
