President-elect Barack Obama has chosen two leaders from outside the intelligence community to head the CIA and oversee all US spy agencies.Mr Obama has picked former Bill Clinton aide Leon Panetta to head the CIA and Adm Dennis Blair as Director of National Intelligence.Kevin Connolly reports from Washington.
