The rally at the downtown baseball stadium will begin at 9:30 p.m. Doors will open at 7. The event is free and open to the public. Tickets are not required, but RSVP is encouraged.This will be Obamas ninth visit to Virginia since the end of the primary campaign.Earlier Tuesday, Obama will be at a rally at James Madison University in Harrisonburg.That rally will begin at 5:15 p.m. at the Convocation Center. Doors will open at 3:15. The event is free and open to the public.The senator from Illinois has been in Chesapeake, Norfolk and Newport News since August. Crowds began streaming to downtown Denver to attend a rally by Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama who is trying to win Colorado that twice sided with President Bush. After the rally Sunday in Denver, he's heading to Fort Collins, where he will hold another rally on the oval on the Colorado State University campus. Both parties are focusing on Colorado, which has been a swing state in past elections.
