Obama changes superPAC stance; will donations pour in?

President Obama's re-election campaign has changed its position on superPACs and are now encouraging donors to send unlimited contributions to Priorities USA, a Democratic superPAC founded by former White House staffer Bill Burton. The Council on Foreign Relations' Dan Senor joins a discussion on the issue and the recent HHS ruling on Catholic charities and health insurance. (Morning Joe)
