No explosives found in second car rented by Pardo
(NECN) - California police say they found no explosives in a second car rented by a man who dressed as Santa on Christmas Eve and killed nine people at a family party. Officers discovered the second car late Saturday. The first car Bruce Pardo rented was rigged with ammunition. He used it to drive to his former in-laws' where he went on a shooting rampage and torched the house. He then drove it to his brother's house, where it exploded. No one was injured. Pardo later killed himself.
