WHIO Investigates: Drunk Drivers On June 28, 2006, A car so smashed and ripped apart, it is hard to tell what kind of car it is. I knew Nick Goings. He went to Vandalia-Butler High School when I graduated from there. This is a great story about a tragic event that can be used to show others why drunk driving can not be tolerated by anyone.
