New Rescued Ball Python Suffered from Neglect

her owner was stationed away with our armed forces. She was kept in deplorable conditions - her enclosure filled with poop and sheds and filthy water. There was no heat source except an overhead bulb. There were other reptiles that suffered under this person's care that didn't make it.
