New police recruit fed manure

Colombian police were filmed smearing a man with horse manure in an apparent initiation ceremony. Colombian television station RCN released a video that shows a naked, handcuffed recruit being fed dung by other officers. The man laughed as a uniformed police officer said, "I'm going to give you communion" before putting manure in his mouth. Later, a voice can be heard saying: "The honour of being a police officer costs." The video was reportedly filmed last week at a police academy in the South American country. At least eight uniformed police officers participated in the ritual, which ended with the officers shovelling manure on the naked man's body.
