New development in Patriots spygate mess

(NECN) - Former New England Patriots employee Matt Walsh could be close to breaking his silence on spygate. The former video assistant has suggested over the past few weeks that he has damaging information about the team's videotaping practices. The NFL says lawyers for Walsh and the league have made "substantial progress toward an agreement that will allow Mr. Walsh to be interviewed." Patriots coach Bill Belichick, who was fined for illegally spying on the New York Jets last season, has denied other spying incidents. read more
