Nelvana Neon Polar Bear Logo (Rare Variant 3) (1988)

This is yet another Variant of the Neon Polar Bear Logo but this time with a Gradient Background Variant and a bit of a 3-D Effect on it taken from 1988. This can be seen from the "Clifford the Big red dog" Videos. It was kinda creepy when I watched it at a younger age, because I thought It stranded on a Normal position and played Different music but I was Seeing things. Weird. This is the Exact same thing that LogicalSmash Uploaded But I uploaded this for my own videos!
