Part of my Panty collection The 1970s saw the rise in designer Lingerie Victorias Secret took the lead from French designers Satin & Silk was back & Scanties gained a new name "Tap Pants" Comments welcome. Fashion parades of Lingerie gained popularity with coordinated sets of panties /bras/slips etc. Gussets were now in cotton on most panties.
