
Jim Mulva, chief executive officer of ConocoPhillips, talks with Bloomberg's Suzy Assaad from New York about the outlook for gasoline prices this summer, carbon dioxide emissions and the importance of addressing climate change. Mulva became the first head of a major U.S. oil company to call for federal rules to reduce emissions of so-called greenhouse gases to stem global warming.
