Men at Work

Workers under contract to Ontario Hydro, recently dug up our street to lay new wiring conduit piping and underground transformer bunkers. This video is of them completing the installation of such a bunker in front of my house. Here they are pouring a concrete sludge around the bunker; it will later be covered with sod.
