Mass. court refuses to rule in sperm bank lawsuit

(NECN: Latoyia Edwards, Newton, Mass.) - A legal roadblock for a woman suing a Newton, Massachusetts sperm bank. The woman wants the New England Cryogenic Center to release the identity of her sperm donor. She claims he twin daughters have an inherited medical condition. She wants the donor's medical history and child support. A state appeals court has refused to rule, claiming the lower court did not properly finalize a ruling. NECN's Latoyia Edwards has more.
