Feb. 14 (Bloomberg) -- Andy Mantel, founder and chief executive officer of Pacific Sun Advisors, talks about China's stocks and central bank monetary policy. He also discusses Moody’s Investors Service's decision to cut the debt ratings of six European countries including Italy, Spain and Portugal and revise its outlook on the U.K.’s and France’s top Aaa ratings to "negative."
