Man arrested over TomKat pics

A man has been arrested after allegedly trying to sell pictures to Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes' of their wedding.David Hans Schmidt was taken into custody at an undisclosed location in West Hollywood.Schmidt is accused of trying to sell Cruise a large cache of private photos from his 2006 wedding.Cruise's attorney, Bert Fields said that Schmidt approached the actor's representatives earlier this year about the photos, which had been stolen, and that they immediately contacted federal authorities.Tom Cruise married Katie Holmes in Italy last November.The star-studded Scientology ceremony, included the likes of Jim Carrey and girlfriend Jenny McCarthy, Will Smith and his wife Jada Pinkett at the Odescalchi Castle in Lake Bracciano.The wedding was rumoured to have cost £5 million.The couple later held another bash at the home of Tom's producing partner Paula Wagner.© Independent Television News Limited 2007.
