Berlin will soon be one star richer - In back of the Hotel Adlon, a hot spot for gourmets is in the works with three sections. The Chinese restaurant Ma, the Japanese Uma and the Shochu cocktail bar. In its series Star Kitchens as Companies - a new luxury restaurant for Berlin, Made In Germany follows the organization of a gourmet restaurant up through opening day, and accompanies starred chef Tim Raue and design chief Anna Mariua Jagdfeld in their preparations.The first guests are expected in late June, and until then the work is at a fever pitch. Will they finish in time? The head designer keeps finding problems on the construction site. Ute Schneider and Mabel Gundlach follow this race with time.
