Tron Bonne is about to face a decently strong opponent in Trasgo7's Hydron from Red Earth (or Nool from Wizard for the loyalists). This thing here is very impressive. I really like his AI; it's smart without being cheap. He knows when to use moves when appropriate such using a jumping attack to not only dodge an incoming attack (i.e. projectiles), but also to get a pop shot in while your character in the process. This doesn't complete the danger factor, though. He likes to use his strikers and his Strangle Spark super which is unblockable. It took me several times to try and beat this one. The key to this battle is Hydron's charging. He likes to charge a bit too much which leave him open long enough for me to use a Servebot launch to trap him and go on the attack. However, this is also the time where he uses a striker since I'm also wide open when launching a Servebot. Despite the outcome, the fight was pretty even. Stage: Flying Battery Zone BGM: Catapult OC Remix by Beatdrop ======================================= Vucious' Random Rant: "Unknown Games" There are many fighting games I've never had the chance to play or heard of, ever before I started playing MUGEN; Red Earth (Wizard) being one of them. There's also Melty Blood, Eternal Fighter Zero, and several others I never even heard of due to either being only available in Japan or never got enough press to be noticable. This is another reason why I like MUGEN so much. It give me a chance to play as and fight against fighters from all over the fighting game universe. I'm so lucky to be living in an era where I can get the experience of playing other fighting characters and not look all over for the real thing (even though the real thing may still be better).
