Lula Says He'll 'Duel' Obama to Win Bid to Host Olympics

Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva jokes he may dress in fencing gear and "duel" U.S. President Barack Obama for rights to host the 2016 Summer Olympics.
