"Loud Music": Valid Concern or Pointless Complaint?

Here's that "loud music" that got the cops called on me Thursday morning. Even the officer laughed at how pointless the complaint was. I can safely say this: last Sunday, the people who complained were blaring Shawty Got Low at least 100 times louder than my music - FIFTEEN MINUTES STRAIGHT.
