(NECN) - The trip to Washington took a little longer than nine hours for the Londonderry, New Hampshire High School marching band. The band is playing in Tuesdays inauguration parade. But, just minutes after leaving town Sunday, one of the band's busses broke down on I-93. And later on the trip, a car side-swiped one of the other buses, but no one was hurt. Earlier in the day, hundreds of people had braved the snowy weather to see the band off. As for the big event Tuesday? The students are prepared for as much as seven miles of walking with equipment in tow for the parade.
